  • Current passes include (subject to change):
    • Online Group 5‑Class Pass – valid for 1 month from the date of first use; and

  • Expiry: Unused sessions automatically expire at the end of the validity period and are not refundable.

  • Late cancellations/no‑shows: A cancelled or missed booking within 24 hours of class start may be deducted from your pass.

  • Freezes/extensions: We may, at our discretion, extend a pass for 14 days in cases such as injury, illness, or travel (evidence may be requested).

8. Online single classes (pay‑as‑you‑go)

  • Cancellation by you: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time for a refund/credit. Cancellations after this window are treated as no‑shows and are not refunded.

9. Private classes (1‑to‑1 or small group)

  • What’s included: tailored 1‑to‑1 or small‑group sessions delivered online (e.g., Zoom) or in‑person at an agreed location. Content, pace and focus are personalised to your goals (e.g., mobility, strength, restorative with yoga, Pilates or sound healing).

  • Enquiries & booking: enquire via the Site/contact form or email. We’ll confirm availability, scope, duration and price. A session is confirmed once payment is received (Stripe/PayPal) or we confirm invoice terms in writing.

  • Fees & duration: fees are quoted individually. Standard session length is  60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

  • Rescheduling & cancellations (client): you may reschedule or cancel with at least 12 hours notice. Changes after this window are charged at [100%] or deducted from your package.

  • Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee’s details.

  • Date-specific services: Many workshops and events are scheduled on specific dates/times; statutory cooling-off rights may not apply (see Section 17).

11. Multi-day Retreats (RSVP only)

  • Retreats currently operate on an RSVP-only basis. No deposit is required at the time of RSVP, and no payment is taken to hold your place.

  • After you RSVP, we will share final details (dates, itinerary, inclusions/exclusions, and any applicable pricing if a paid component is introduced). You are not committed to purchase until you agree to those final terms.

  • If your plans change, please cancel your RSVP as soon as possible so we can offer the place to others.

  • Travel & insurance: You are responsible for any travel arrangements and insurance you choose to make in connection with a retreat. We do not charge cancellation fees for RSVP-only retreats; however, third-party providers you engage may have their own terms.

  • Changes by us: retreat dates/format may change, or a retreat may be withdrawn. We will notify those who RSVP. As no payment is taken, refunds are not applicable; we will offer an alternative date or keep you informed of future opportunities.

12. Corporate wellness (B2B services)

  • Services: on‑site or online group classes, workshops, wellbeing talks, team events, and programmes tailored for organisations.

  • Enquiries & booking: Corporate bookings are agreed upon through a proposal/statement of work (SOW), which confirms the scope, dates, fees, and logistics. Written acceptance (including email) and payment/invoice acceptance constitute agreement, subject to these Terms and any SOW‑specific terms.

  • Fees & payment: fees are quoted in GBP. Payment may be taken via Stripe or PayPal at checkout, or by invoice. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless stated otherwise. We may withhold delivery for accounts that are overdue.

  • Rescheduling & cancellation by the client: with 5 business days notice, you may reschedule without charge (subject to availability). Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur 100% of the fee.

  • Venue, H&S, and suitability: When delivered on-site, the client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable space, as well as any required equipment, and for ensuring that participants are fit to participate. We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is a concern.

  • Recordings, IP & use of materials: Recordings or distribution of materials are not permitted without our prior written consent. All programme content remains our intellectual property; any permitted use is for the client’s internal purposes only.

  • Confidentiality & data protection: each party will keep the other’s non‑public information confidential. Any personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data-processing terms, as applicable.

  • Substitution: we may provide a suitably qualified substitute instructor where necessary.

  • Liability: see Section 16 (Liability). Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13. Health, suitability & participation

  • You confirm that you are fit to participate and will seek medical advice if you are unsure. Our classes may be physically demanding; you participate at your own risk.

  • Inform the instructor of any relevant injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before class. Adapt or stop any activity that causes discomfort.

  • For online classes, ensure a safe practice area free of hazards.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (see Section 18).

14. Behaviour & studio etiquette

  • Be respectful to instructors and participants. We may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or abusive.

  • Late arrivals may be refused entry to maintain safety and class flow.

  • We may set maximum class/event capacities for safety.

15. Recordings, photography & IP

  • Online classes: You must not record, rebroadcast, or share class links or content without our prior written consent.

  • Events/Workshops: We may take photos or short video clips for marketing purposes. We will avoid identifying you without your consent; please inform us at check-in if you prefer not to be identified.

  • All content on the Site and in our sessions (including class materials) is our intellectual property or used with permission. You receive no licence to reproduce it beyond fair personal use.

16. Gift cards, promotions & discounts

  • Promotions are subject to stated terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Gift cards/credits (if offered) are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid until their stated expiry date.

17. Consumer rights & cooling‑off

  • If you are a consumer purchasing goods or services at a distance, you typically have a 14-day cooling-off period for most transactions.

  • Exception: cooling‑off does not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (e.g., most dated classes/events).

  • Where cooling‑off applies and you ask services to begin within the 14 days, you may be charged a proportionate amount for services already supplied if you later cancel within that period.

18. Liability

  • We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where exclusion would be unlawful.

  • Subject to the above, we are not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential losses; (b) loss of profit; (c) loss arising from your breach of these Terms or failure to follow instructions; or (d) issues outside our reasonable control (see Section 20).

  • For online classes, we are not responsible for failures of your device, software, or internet connection.

19. Complaints & customer service

  • Please get in touch with us promptly at shonalangridge@hotmail.com with any questions or concerns. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction (see Section 21).

20. Events outside our control (force majeure)

  • We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, venue closures, utility failures, or major transportation disruptions). We will notify you and offer a suitable alternative, credit, or refund where appropriate.

21. Governing law & jurisdiction

  • The laws of England & Wales govern these Terms, and the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.

22. Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or technical developments). The version posted on the Site at the time of your booking/purchase will apply to that transaction. We will date-stamp updates.

23. Privacy & cookies

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (with Usercentrics). Please review those documents for details on how we collect and process your data.
